The company is headquartered in Brussels, Belgium, with subsidiaries in the South of France (inside the Circuit Paul Ricard), Italy (inside the Circuit of Monza), and the UAE (Dubai and Abu Dhabi). Curbstone is co-owned by a joint venture between SRO Motorsports Group (organizer of GT World Challenge, Total 24 Hours of Spa, and more) and the Royal Automotive Club of Belgium (RACB). For our offices at Monza, we are looking for an Event Coordinator to join our passionate team!About the RoleAs an Event Coordinator at Curbstone Italia, you will be responsible for the planning, logistics, and execution of our high-end track days, luxury automotive events, and bespoke driving experiences.
This is a unique opportunity to be part of an industry-leading organization, working at world-renowned circuits to deliver seamless, adrenaline-fueled experiences for our elite clientele. Key ResponsibilitiesEvent Planning & Execution: Organize and manage exclusive track days and corporate events at legendary circuits in Italy and across Europe. On-Site Coordination: Ensure premium event setup, from branded hospitality suites and pit lane management to high-end catering and guest services. Client & Partner Relations: Handle customer registrations, VIP invitations, and concierge services while liaising with race circuits, suppliers, professional drivers, and sponsors. Logistics & Budgeting: Oversee event logistics, including supplier coordination, budget tracking, and post-event financial reporting. Luxury Hospitality & Experiences: Support the execution of exclusive lifestyle experiences such as fine dining, private lounges, and after-track entertainment. Feedback & Continuous Improvement: Gather and analyze post-event feedback to refine future experiences and maintain top-tier service. RequirementsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Motorsport Business, or a related field. Experience: Previous experience in event coordination is preferred but not required.
Candidates with a strong passion for motorsport, luxury events, or hospitality are encouraged to apply. Passion: Strong enthusiasm for motorsport and the luxury automotive world. Skills: Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a proactive, problem-solving mindset. Communication: Strong interpersonal skills, confident in engaging with high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients. Tech Proficiency: Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), event management software, and CRM tools. Industry Knowledge: Useful but not required.
