Mission

Inside our team of Events Design and Production, based in Rome HQ, we are looking for a Senior Event Design & Production Specialist, whose role will be supporting the development of events visions, focusing on project management and production of memorable experiences.

Focus on project management, budget, timing and execution.

Main Accountabilities

- Build strategic creative ideas for event experiences that are emotional, memorable, innovative and maintain the essence of the brand.

- Planning and location strategy definition.

- Ideate the spatial design according to the creative theme and the location, delivering compelling Development of design drawing packages (Floorplans, sections, elevations to renderings).

- Identify the most appropriate materials according to the design and budget constraints, overseeing the research of suppliers for the development the projects, from prototype to execution.

- Management of the production phase - accountable for the selection and management of the appropriate suppliers to execute the project.

- Management of the construction phase - from the construction site work to the obtainment of the permits, management of the relationship with the city hall, and / or other organizations for which a permit is required.

- Management of the budget - from the initial forecast to the final cost per each project

- Management of the project timing.

- Accountable for the relationship with all internal departments involved - for example visual, security, logistics, image, marketing, communication etc.

**Requirements**:

- At least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

- Master's degree in Architecture, Design or similar fields.

- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.

- Creative, forward-thinking and innovative approach with an attention to details and a drive for outstanding execution.

- Project Management experience in luxury, retail, branding and design industry.

- Proactive attitude and comfortable navigating through uncertainty.

- Ability to manage complex situations and work in a fast pace environment.

- Strong believer in teamwork and multidisciplinary approach.

- 3D and Rendering Software, Autocad, Adobe Package, Office package.
