We're looking for a talented and visionary Event Designer to join our team on freelancer basis and shape the future of experiential design with us!

About the Role As an Event Designer at Spring Studios, you'll play a key role in crafting stunning, immersive event concepts that captivate audiences and elevate brands.

Working closely with our creative, event production, strategy teams, you'll turn ideas into impactful, tangible experiences.

What You'll Do: Conceptualize and develop creative event designs that align with client objectives and brand identity. Produce detailed design documentation, including mood boards, 3D renderings, floor plans, and layouts. Collaborate with internal teams (creative directors, account managers, event producers, strategists) and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of designs. Research trends in design, technology, and materials to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table. Attend client meetings and presentations to articulate your vision and incorporate feedback. Maintain quality and consistency across all event design elements, adhering to timelines and budgets. What You'll Bring: Proven experience in event design, spatial design, or experiential marketing (agency experience is a plus). Proficiency in design software (e. g. , SketchUp, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite). Strong portfolio showcasing your ability to design immersive and engaging environments. Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and adapt to changing priorities.
