Event Host (Global Sporting Event) - Italian/English Speaking
DescriptionThe primary role of an iLUKA Host is to act as an Ambassador representing our Client's brand and the delivery of exceptional and memorable hospitality experiences to all guests who join us on our global events. Hosts can be deployed in a variety of settings and the focus of the role will vary slightly dependent upon the environment. We will be looking for hosts to work throughout the Event, which could be (depending on role) between 12 days and 25 days in February 2026.
Some Host roles could continue through to the next event, which would be in March. Key Responsibilities:Primary ResponsibilitiesTo deliver an exceptional hospitality experience to the clients' guestsUnderstanding guest touch points, provide a friendly and welcoming meet and greet serviceBe the first point of contact and meet and greet guests on arrivalManage and organise guest groups to ensure that they are in the right place at the right timeAccompany guests throughout their journey and deal effectively with any issues or problems that arise in order to make the guest experience a smooth and enjoyable oneProvide information and assistance to guests in all situations and at all stages of the programmeDeliver outstanding customer service and create an environment that is friendly, fun and guest focusedTo co-ordinate guest departures as their experience draws to a closeSpecific Responsibilities whilst working in the following environments:AirportAct as first point of contact for guests arriving at the airport and provide a friendly and welcoming meet and greet serviceAct as the last point of contact for guest departuresManagement of guest listsEnsure a smooth transition through the airport and hand guest over to the transport host teamsMan the Hospitality Desk to check in guests to the hotel/hospitality programme, provide information and assistance to guests in the hotel relating to the local area and their specific programmeEnrich the overall guest experience whilst in the hotelHospitality VenueMeet and greet guests in a friendly and welcoming mannerEnsure the venue is immaculately presentedProvide assistance to the venue teams on an as needed basisSupport F&B/Lounge team on elements of F&B within the LoungeEvent /CoachProvide information and assistance to guests at all points of contact, whether at the hotel, on the coach (Executive Bus/Vehicle) or at venuesAccompany assigned guests on a daily basis throughout their programmeManagement of guest listsMeet and greet guests in a friendly and welcoming mannerProvide information and assistance to guests as requiredAccompany guests on their journey and ensure a smooth transition to other host teams on arrival at the destinationVenue/ShowcasingManage and Organise the safe and efficient flow of guests through the venueManage queue and crowd issues in a safe mannerProvide information and assistance to guests as requiredThis is not an exhaustive list and all #J-18808-Ljbffr
