Event Logistics Lead
For one of our Partners in the Payment sector, we are looking for an Event Logistics Lead. Key Responsibilities: Develop logistical elements for event staff prior to and during the tournament; Lead the planning, development, and coordination of on-site implementation plans for cardholder sales and marketing materials (as required); Support recruitment of Event venue staff and lead the development of staff playbooks and training materials; Liaise with local agencies on staffing, logistics, and production needs for on-site delivery of activation materials; Act as the on-the-ground point of contact for vendors installing the Superstore and for other-schemas cardholders sales large format executions (as required); Develop spreadsheets and presentations for all operational staff needs; Lead vendor negotiations, contracting, and set-up for payments; Oversee day-to-day logistics budget management. Preferred Skillset / Qualifications: Excellent understanding of project management, business operations, and accounting principles; Proficient in MS Office Suite, with the ability to independently create and manage tracking and presentation documents; J-18808-Ljbffr
