Position**: Event Manager

Our company needs to manage several training programs contracted directly by the European Commission.

The contracts foresees the organisation of a series of training sessions in different EU and non-EU countries.

In principle, the training will be face-to-face.

Venues, board, lodge and travel of participants arranged by our company.

The person to be recruited will work under the supervision of a senior project manager and will be part of the team responsible for event management.

**Minimum requirements**: i) English C2, ii) university bachelor's degree (minimum 3 years duration), iii) at least 2 years' experience (even if in a junior position) in similar activities and iv) availability to travel in any given country.

Proficiency in one of the following languages: Spanish, Russian or French will represent an added advantage.

Fluency in Italian is not requested.

**Tasks**: selecting and booking training venues/hotels, contacting participants, arranging travel of participants, handling relations with tutors and international delegates, on the spot assistance during the entre duration of the events.
