We are looking for an F&B Event Sales Manager for enjoy our family:

**Qualifications**:

**Main Duties and responsibilities**:

- Responsible of the complete process involved events, conference and banqueting reservations;

- Approach by mail by phone and by appointments from the first proposal right to closure of the final bills;

- Follow up to maintained the relationship with guests;

- Maximize revenue opportunities by increasing conversion earing repeating and expanding business to achieve targets;

- Develop sales plans and promotions together the Director of F&B and Events Service Manager;

- Prepare details proposal, contracts, invoices, confirmation letters, EO's;

- Manage all pre-events details with the Event Service Manager;

- Managing operational and administrative functions to ensure service details;

- Manage internal communications leasing with FB Team;

- Ensure excellent Customers service and quality delivery;

- Develop and maintain relationship with customers;

- Conduct competitor's analysis (Twice a year);

- Ensure follow the company's procedure;

- Develop Sales plans and promotions together the Director of FB and Events Service Manager.

- Experienced in using IT systems on various platforms;
