You will plan and execute high-profile events, ensuring seamless logistics, impactful experiences, and alignment with the brand's luxury standards. The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of event management experience, strong organizational skills, and a hands-on approach to delivering excellence. Key Responsibilities:Working closely with the Marketing Team, Event Design team, PR Team and Beauty Regions Team to develop and implement the business plan and long-term strategy for events organizationPlanning and executing the annual events calendarManage events execution holistically, ensuring that logistics run seamlessly and resolve any issues arising to ensure high customer satisfactionCoordinate the day-to-day running of events, including but not limited to hospitality, catering, event visuals and materials but also feedback and impact capture and measurement with a focus on continuous improvementEnsure that events are relevant to the overall Brand Communication making sure they meet the requirements, target audience, objectives and add valueManaging the whole process and leading suppliers of each project dealing with internal and external stakeholdersBudgeting: estimates, negotiation, administrative processes, security departments, agencies and contracts and lead general logistic managementResearching and analyzing events of competition and best practicesResearching and securing new venues, agencies, and suppliersQualifications:2-3 years expertise in similar rolesProblem solver with a to-do attitudeStrong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate the team to achieve high levels of performance and exceed targetsAccountable, resilient, and able to work under pressureExcellent project management/organizational skills and the ability to successfully manage multiple initiatives at onceHigh expectations of quality and seamless service delivery with a strategic thinking approach, an agile mind-set and hands-on skillsStrong attention to detail, excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the highest level of professionalismA team player with a strong understanding of how events metrics and the impact on the lead funnelExperience in and passion for operational delivery in both physical and virtual event settingsGood communication abilities in presenting project to various stakeholdersFlexibility to travel nationally/internationallyIf you are passionate about fashion, beauty, and event organization, we would love to hear from you!Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionMarketingIndustriesPersonal Care Product Manufacturing, Retail Health and Personal Care Products, and Retail Luxury Goods and Jewelry #J-18808-Ljbffr
