Events & Digital Marketing Specialist
For one of our main clients based in Milan, Omnitel is looking for an Event & Digital Marketing Specialist. General Data: Type of contract: Indefinite Hours: 09:00 - 18:00h (40 hours) Location: Milan- Italy (Hybrid) Start Date: Immediate Duties and Responsibilities: Operations: Support the annual plan and implement overall executive engagement drivers/actions/journeys for strategic and key accounts in Iberia and Italy. Follow up and update the most important KPIs to track and measure events, touchpoints, journeys, digital campaigns, database evolution. Keep updated all worksheets, campaigns, reports, etc. , about Executive Engagement activity weekly. Follow and update diverse dashboards for follow-up and tracking before and after each action (event, campaign, etc. ). Connect with key internal stakeholders: marketing, executive engagement team (SIC, Executives, Global events, etc. ), PR, Sales Programmes, Sales. Contents, Research and Creation: Explore and select media partners and business influencers. Explore contents on Salesforce key topics internally and externally. Explore key external speakers by industry, expertise, geographical, languages Write basic texts for invitations, posts, quick reports Review and check all contents before sharing or posting: invitations, papers, gratitude cards, etc. Events/Experiences Key Tasks: Coordinate projects with events and contents agencies. Select and call local customers, partners, and influencers (press, bloggers, analysts, etc. ). Adaptation of the overall agenda. Creating personalized agenda as relevant content. Budget Management. Production of a kit according to the profile: customer, media partner, influencer. Confirm technical issues: audiovisual, branding, catering, logistics, venues, transportation, special needs During the event/touchpoint: Control technical issues. Follow audience behavior. After the event/touchpoint: Update campaigns, list of attendees, etc. Production of a summary paper with highlights and takeaways. Follow communication plan: gratitude email and box, survey, summary paper, podcast. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field. 5 years of proven experience in event management. 5 years experience focusing on digital: knowledge of digital activities to generate contacts and leads through initiatives such as digital events and round tables, webinars, content syndication. Knowledge of Tableau is a must. Creative thinking and a keen eye for digital design and activations. We need someone organized and detail-oriented. Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and technological advancements. Languages: English is a must (minimum C1).
