Job Description Summary:

Works alongside the account handling teams on client meetings and events, and is responsible for supporting with the organisation and management of venues, equipment, logistics and travel.

Main Purpose

The Events Manager will report directly to the Senior Events Manager and will support the team on event planning and project management.

Mission

His/her main goal is to coordinate and track the work of suppliers, ensure that deadlines are met and guarantee that the budget decided with the client is respected.

**Responsibilities**:

- Overseeing the timeline and activities during all project phases: from receiving the brief, through the development of the proposal, until the event execution and.

- Keeping continuous relations with the referents of the client brand.

- Planning external resources and managing costs and budget.

- Participating in many events both locally and internationally.

- Taking part in New Business activities for the development of new proposals.

**Requirements**:

- 5 years' experience in organizing events with at least 3 years experience holding the same positions

- Experience on complex event projects with high budgets

- supplier management

- Fluent in English

- Very good strategic, organizational and coordinating skills

- High flexibility and availability to work on weekends or festivity, if needed

- Team working experience

- Problem solving attitude
