You will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our brand awareness during a strategic period focused on building strong relationships with our Italian business community. As an Events Manager at Qonto, you will: Lead the end-to-end organization of events , from planning to successful execution, ensuring high-quality standards and measurable impact. Identify and secure participation in relevant third-party events that align with Qonto's brand positioning and objectives. Build and maintain relationships with key suppliers , venues, and partners to ensure smooth event execution. Analyze event performance and success metrics to continuously improve our events strategy. Collaborate closely with Design, Finance, and Marketing teams to ensure cohesive brand representation across all events. About You: Experience: 1-2 years of experience in events management, preferably in the tech or financial services sector. Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple events simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Italian and English. Stakeholder Management: Experience in working with multiple stakeholders and managing external vendors. Problem-Solving: Ability to think on your feet and handle last-minute changes with calm and professionalism. Perks: Offices in Paris, Berlin, Milan, Barcelona, and Belgrade.
