Executive Administrative Assistant

One Federal Solution is looking for an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant with at least 5+ years of experience based in Sigonella, Italy for a federal government client.

**Duties and Responsibilities Include the below**:

- Provides administrative and technical support to leadership and executives

- Managing data into spreadsheets, reporting, document management, and providing high level administrative support to executives as needed

- Maintaining executive schedules, meetings, requests, reports, data, travel

**Qualifications**:

- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree

- Minimum of 5 years of experience of writing and preparing medical, technical, and scientific documents

- Reside in Sigonella, Italy or able to commute on-site daily for the role in Sigonella, Italy

- English proficiency (Speaking, Writing, Reading)

- A minimum of 3 years of experience with designing, facilitating, and conducting tasker

- A minimum of 3 years of experience with developing outreach products and designing and maintaining tailors communication products and deliverables

- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suit, Adobe Pro, SharePoint
