**Posizione**:
NHOA Energy is looking for an **Executive Assistant** who, reporting directly to the CEO, will perform a variety of administrative and organizational tasks.
You will liaise closely with Top Management, acting as the point of contact among CEO and internal and external partners, and managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
**Main tasks and duties**:
- Support in the management of organizational matters;
- Review, management and delivery of documents to be signed by the CEO;
- lssue of purchase requests, management of the documentation for the qualification of new suppliers and coding of new items to be purchased; you will help managing the whole administrative process, starting from entering in SAP the purchase requests, to dealing with the different departments to make sure all invoices/contracts follow the right path and procedure in a timely manner;
- Be responsible for approval of monthly timesheets and approval of expense reports;
- Management of the CEO and close Executives' agenda, including organization of meetings and travel, reservations and request for visas;

- strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- ability to handle confidential issues professionally and discreetly.
- excellent English level.
Italian and/or Chinese will be considered a plus.
- comfort multitasking and handling multiple requests.
