**Your Job
We are looking for a dynamic, precise and analytical person to fill the role of **Executive Assistant**.
She/he acts as a business partner for the CEO thanks to her/his global vision of the processes, relationships, and information flows within the organization and the board member.
**Main Roles and Responsibilities
As an **Executive assistant** you will be responsible for:
- Support the CEO in preparing "board reports" for the board of directors: she/he will support the CEO during the board meeting with shareholders and board members;
- Accurate check and reporting of all accounts receivable and payable movements, recording incoming and outgoing invoices and reconciliation of payments;
- Preparation and storage of documents;
- Contracts: support in contract preparation, contract submission and tracking, contract archiving (online and DSE archive);
- Produce and edit documents, minutes, reports and presentations;
- CV screening: she/he will take care of making the first screening of CVs for job positions that are opened;
- Support in the initial phase of onboarding of a new resource;
- Ensure the smooth running of the office;
- Maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information and observe best business practices;
- Ongoing verification and control of the budget related to planned activities;
- Supervise projects across the organization;
- Support the CEOs in coordinating activities across the executive team
**Requirements**:
- At least three years of experience in a similar role;
- A Master's degree in Humanities or a Master's degree in the field of economics is preferable;
- Flexibility, ability to prioritize the workload, and motivation: you are determined to operate in a young, dynamic, fast-growing environment;
- We are looking for a person who can work in a team, with excellent organizational and communication skills;
- Excellent knowledge of the Office Package, especially Excel and PowerPoint;
- Interest in the healthcare sector;
- You are fluent in Italian and English (B2 Level); any additional language is appreciated.
