In this position, you will play a crucial role for the local organization of Smart Building Division.

You will act as point of contact for internal needs and be responsible for communication tasks within the Local Division, ensuring knowledge and information is shared and keeping others up to date.

**This position reports to**:

Business Manager - Portfolio

**Your responsibilities**:

- Acts as point of contact for internal needs, initiates action and makes judgments about urgency of issues.

- Provides confidential support to individual executives and/or management team members.

- Implements ABB processes and initiates continuous improvement of administrative processes and procedures to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.

- Responsible for different communication tasks within the Local Division, ensuring knowledge and information is shared and keeping others up to date.

- Assisting management with personal communication materials, including presentations, speeches, articles, and employee recognition.

- Managing contributions to key internal events, developing and organizing internal seminars and employee meeting.

**Your background**:

- Degree in Economy, Communication, Languages.

- At least 5 years of experience in similar role.

- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

- Digital mindset, proficiency with Microsoft Office including Power Point, SharePoint, Teams and other company tools.
