Executive Assistant- Coo Ldi Staff

Objectives
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the COO LDI and represent her throughout the business when necessary
- Lead or oversee special strategic projects that the COO LDI personally oversees or has a keen interest in
- Evaluate new ideas/ improvement opportunities (es.
business, organization, operations, etc. )
and conduct analysis and research to support key decisions
- Drive COO LDI operation/ business strategy, alongside the COO LDI, from development through successful execution
- Assist and communicate with function heads and other departments in decision-making, program management and initiative implementation
- Manage and coordinate planning and tracking of yearly and quarterly objectives and KPIs for the whole department
**Responsibilities**:
- Keep the COO LDI focus on priorities
- Prepare and facilitate key COO LDI meetings and 1on1's by setting agenda and ensuring action against next steps
- Be an effective substitute for when the COO LDI is needed, creating accessibility and availability in the schedule
- Serve as liaison between staff, executives, senior leaders, regarding department climate, project updates, proposals and planning
- Build and develop relationships with all employees for increased efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations, and help define new operational strategies, working with leadership team on special projects
**Requirements**:
- Master's degree in Business Administration or similar field
- +5 years of experience in a top-tier management consulting role and/or a financial service organization
- Creative problem-solving identification of trends and patterns, problems diagnosis and root cause diagnosis
- Experience planning and supporting strategic and operational initiatives
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written): ability to break down complex topics into simple solutions and ideas, and adapt to your audiences
- Advanced English and Italian
