Executive Assistant Tapis Rouge Milano - Milan, Italy Position: Executive Assistant Location: Milan, Italy (Candidates must already reside in Milan) Working Hours: Official hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 – 19:00 (However, 24/7 availability is required due to the international nature of the business) Employment Type: Full-time About Us: Tapis Rouge Milano is a luxury carpet brand operating in multiple international markets.

We are looking for a highly skilled Executive Assistant to support the leadership team in both business and personal matters, with responsibilities split 50/50.

Key Responsibilities: Assisting in commercial and personal matters equally.

Understanding and managing business processes within a company structure.

Handling company registrations, employee onboarding, and HR processes.

Preparing, managing, and signing various contracts across multiple jurisdictions.

Performing highly dynamic and multitasking duties, often involving unconventional problem-solving.

Handling urgent tasks and being ready to respond to requests across different time zones.

Requirements: Fluency in Italian, Russian, and English (minimum C1 level) this is an absolute requirement.

Legal background and experience in corporate law, contract negotiations, or business operations preferred.

Proven experience in company structuring, HR management, and international contract handling.

Strong multitasking ability and readiness to tackle unconventional challenges.

High energy and problem-solving mindset, enjoying a fast-paced work environment.

Must already reside in Milan.

Flexibility in working hours – while formal office hours are 10:00 – 19:00, the candidate must be available at all times due to the nature of the business.
