The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance, offering executive support, and ensuring effective project management initiatives. QualificationsEnsure the non-disclosure of sensitive information, especially that processed on behalf of the president (e. g.

contents of e-mails, requests, projects). Optimising the President's involvement in e-mail communications and meetings, prioritising topics to be discussed, gathering information to support decision-making, and sharing the President's directives in advance, if agreed, to speed up the decision-making process.
