Position Summary:

In this role you will closely collaborate with VP GCO and Sr Directors for EU, Cascadion and International, and you will specifically be assigned the following activities:

- Calendar bookings

- Travel arrangements - Concur and Notilus

- Workday updates, PTO approvals

- SDG Administrator for Notilus

- Planning of conferences in EU for the GCO-team

- Assist with protocol at meetings

- Prepare PowerPoint-presentations

- Travel to in-person meetings/events 4-8 times/year, handling meeting logistics

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Languages, Human Sciences or similar

- Proficiency with the English and Italian language.

- Good problem-solving skills and logical approach to solving problems.

- Works well in a dynamic and result-driven team environment

- Preferable similar experience in same sector at least of 2/3 years
