**Your new company**:

Our client is an American investment company, with an office based in Italy.

The firm specialises in ethical investments and has international clients.

To further structure the Italian office, we are looking for an Executive Assistant to support the Managing Partner and the entire office team.

**Your new role**:

Reporting directly to the President, the Assistant will be responsible for the administrative and operational management of the Rome office, supporting not only the manager but also the entire team of Relationship Managers in managing agendas, organising meetings and business trips, managing the preparation and processing of documentation and material for meetings with clients.

This position would be suited to a highly skilled professional with excellent standing and eloquence, with 8-10 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within the financial services industry.

He/she has an excellent knowledge of the office package and outlook and is fluent in English and another language, preferably Spanish or French.

Organisational skills, an aptitude for problem-solving and excellent interpersonal and communication skills complete the profile.
