**Responsabilità principali**:

- Gestire l'agenda e gli appuntamenti dei direttori del dipartimento medico.

- Coordinare e organizzare riunioni, conferenze e viaggi di lavoro.

- Redigere, rivedere e archiviare documenti, report e presentazioni.

- Gestire la corrispondenza e le comunicazioni interne ed esterne.

- Collaborare con altri reparti per garantire un flusso di informazioni fluido e la risoluzione tempestiva di eventuali problemi.

- Supportare nelle attività amministrative quotidiane e nella gestione delle priorità dei direttori.

- Mantenere la riservatezza e la discrezione in tutte le attività gestite

**Qualifications

- Esperienza pregressa come Assistente Esecutivo di almeno 10 anni, preferibilmente in un contesto medico o aziendale.

- Ottime capacità organizzative e di gestione del tempo.

- Eccellenti capacità comunicative, sia scritte che orali.

- Padronanza del pacchetto Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Capacità di lavorare in modo indipendente e in team.

- Flessibilità e capacità di gestire più compiti contemporaneamente.

- ** Appartenenza alle categorie protette (Legge 68/99).
