BASIC PURPOSE OF THE JOB This position provides support to C-level top executives in personal/administrative tasks and organizational management, acting as a focal point for all issues regarding planning of the executives' daily engagements.

In this role, you will:Act as the focal point of contact on behalf of the supported executives: screen and direct phone calls, filter requests, distribute correspondence, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders on various projects and tasks;Manage the daily agenda;Prepare presentation materials and background documents;Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence (email, etc. ) and organize deliveries;Manage business travels and travel expenses record;Handle requests and queries appropriately, maintaining professionalism, strict confidentiality, and discretion. At least 5-8 years of experience in a similar role preferably in International Companies;University degree;Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Italian;Outstanding time-management skills and the ability to prioritize, organize, and coordinate multiple tasks;Ability to work well with all levels of management, staff, departments, and third parties;Ability to handle confidential information with discretion, and to adapt to various competing demands.
