**This position reports to**:

Product Line Manager

**Your responsibilities**:

- Schedule meetings, take minutes, maintain databases and produce reports and presentations for business leaders.

- Research and compile special reports, presentations, organization charts and internal correspondence on behalf of the Division Manager.

- Implement processes and initiate continuous improvement of administrative processes and procedures to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.

- Draft business communication (Internal & External), ensure that knowledge is shared and colleagues are informed about any changes to processes and procedures.

- Arrange business-critical events, including travel arrangements as well as exhibitions, conferences, visiting speakers, etc.

- Management of marketing materials to support Marketing and Sales Department (brochures, product datasheets, website, social networks, promotional video, etc).

**Your background**:

- Degree in Economy, Communication or Marketing field.

- 2 years of experience in an administrative or assistant role.

- Fluent in English, knowledge of German is preferable.

- Digital mindset, proficiency with Microsoft Office including Power Point, SharePoint, Teams and other company tools.

- The ability to prioritize and multitask with excellent planning skills.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
