Executive Chef
We are currently looking for a passionate Executive Chef to join and lead the Kitchen team at a brand-new Hampton by Hilton Venice Isola Nuova.
As the Executive Chef, you will be fully responsible for providing a delightful culinary experience and enhancing the hotel's reputation by consistently delivering high-quality food.
Additionally, you will oversee the operational management of the kitchen and team members, taking care of their professional development and job satisfaction.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of culinary operations, ensuring high-quality and satisfying dining experiences that drive F&B revenues and contribute to healthy occupancy rates
- Implement financial plans and optimize food cost while maintaining excellent standards
- Lead, train, and develop the kitchen team, fostering a positive and productive work environment while managing payroll and personnel costs efficiently
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to promote the hotel's food and beverage offerings and drive operating profit in the Food & Beverage department
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations (HACCP), ensuring successful HACCP audits
- Uphold Hampton by Hilton brand standards and deliver outstanding guest service and satisfaction.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role, preferably in a hotel setting
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Financial acumen and ability to manage budgets effectively
- In-depth knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Passion for delivering quality food and guest satisfaction
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English.
