Position Available starting late Summer 2025:Executive ChefLocation: Venice, ItalyJob Description:As the Executive Chef at Hotel Danieli, you will be responsible for overseeing all culinary operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
Your duties will include menu planning, managing kitchen staff, maintaining inventory, and ensuring that high level of food safety management and precautions with regards to the hotel food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP) are adhered to in the department.
You will also collaborate with other departments to create memorable dining experiences for our guests.
