A Day in the Life

Our plant (Mallinckrodt DAR) in Mirandola is part of the Machined Implantable, Capital and Disposable Operations cluster.

We serve our Respiratory Response Unit to provide solutions and products that prevent the onset and improve the management of respiratory failure.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

- Provides general administrative support including preparing communications and maintaining schedules

- Performs normal office functions such as setting up and maintaining files; arranging meetings and conferences; Gathers, compiles and reports on information relevant to supervisor's assignment

- Administers inter-department or inter-unit programs or processes

- May be responsible for coordinating travel and submitting expenses

- Individual contributors who provide organizational related support or service (administrative or clerical) for other members within the organization.

The majority of time is spent in the delivery of support services or activities, typically under supervision

Required Knowledge and Experience:

- At least 3 years' experience in a similar role in structured companies, firms, as a personal assistant or general assistant

- Fluent in English (both writing and speaking).

It will be tested during the interview.

- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office - PowerPoint, Excel and Word and skilled in short graphic presentations and use of templates for PowerPoint creation

- Strong communication skills (written & verbal); Well organized, good at planning and attention to detail

- Flexibility in operations and prompt decision making in assigned tasks

- Problem solving and Multitasking (ability to manage the unexpected and switch between different simultaneous tasks)

- Collaborative and patient with decision-making ability on simple tasks and available to support temporary tasks in various company areas with simple tasks
