Position Available starting Late Summer 2025 Executive Sous Chef
Location: Venice, Italy
Job Description: As the Executive Sous Chef at Hotel Danieli, you will assist the Executive Chef in overseeing all culinary operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation. Your duties will include menu planning, supervising kitchen staff, maintaining inventory, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. You will also collaborate with other departments to create memorable dining experiences for our guests.
