Job Title: Expatriates In-Out Management Analyst Job type/Contract: Permanent Job summary/Role description Support the Expatriates In-Out Management Head of Department, coordinating local HR activities.
Manage the local / expatriates' positions in compliance with Company policy, Host country labour law and immigration guidelines.
Support the selection processes for new resources.
To manage hiring and termination processes.
To keep tuned functional responsibilities about their relevant personnel issues.
To handle HR budgeting process.
To manage job changes, promotions, salary increases, grievances, disciplinary procedures.
The selected candidate will work a minimum of 6-9 months in the KT office in Rome and then he/she will be relocated to one of our subsidiaries/local entities to support the local HR activities.
Duties and responsibilities Carry out CVs screening; Take Interviews with candidates; Negotiate salary conditions, employment contracts and secondment agreements with candidates; Initiate mobilization and demobilization process on appointed projects.
The specific tasks include the following; Initiate new hire paperwork process for prospective employees, and initiate all necessary immigration documentation which meets both company and country requirements; Keep contact with employees to maintain knowledge of job status, and provide any support necessary to the field employee; Update (HRP) web based system and, as applicable, with job information and Expats work cycles; Change Cost Center codes in accordance with Expat assignments; Check timesheets and manage calculation of vacation; Assist executive assigned abroad upon his HR queries during his service life in the company; To collect relevant and appropriate authorization in order to start the hiring process Support for the set-up of new projects; Support for the calculation of the expatriation allowances& foreign compensation package for new projects To supervise Assignment status of mobilization and demobilization; Coordinate and support HR Specialist in salary negotiations, employment contracts and secondment agreements with candidates; To support HdD for a new projects start up and labor costs calculation.
Interact with the pertinent personnel administration structures (both internal and external), to communicate resources information to process payroll data in compliance with the local regulations; Moreover, it can be also requested - for the set-up of new countries - to initiate the activities functional to the secondment of resources and to maintain relationship with the local external consultants for the management of the local/seconded personnel, in close coordination with the Responsible and with the roles in charge of the expatriates payroll and tax activities.
Person Specification Knowledge & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics or a related field is preferred.
Experience Minimum of 1 years of experience in Human Resources and/or Global Mobility; Skills and Abilities Fluent English - mandatory; Excellent IT and analytical skills; Excellent communications, team-oriented and interpersonal skills; Attention to details; Self-motivation and direction, with a strong bias toward timely performance and problem resolution.
