Trillium Pumps Italy is looking for an Expediter Expediter ensure the evasion of Suppliers' production orders in accordance with the established deadlines Responsibilities Role tasks include but are not limited to: Following the Procurement Teams' job in the stream, monitor the supply life cycle and the respect of the due date of the Suppliers' purchase orders according to contractual Incoterms; Analyse contractual documentations and internally address the Supplier requests to speed up the issue resolution; Analyse the production schedules (GANTT) with main stages to identify potential bottlenecks and, for each Supplier, the purchase orders priorities; Be the focal point for internal stakeholders for all assigned Suppliers' issues; Manage delivery problems with Suppliers (e. g.

past due, modification to the start date of work execution, anticipation or delay of supply arrival) in agreement with internal stakeholders; Coordinate the expediting actions, assigning and managing external inspection agencies and Intercompany Teams (India/China) when and if required; Lead periodic visits at Suppliers' premises to: verify on time delivery of purchase orders issued, assess the supplier capacity in the short to mid term to support Procurement job, recurring On Time Delivery audit; Visit the Suppliers when needed; Update SAP with the Suppliers' promise date of materials according to Incoterms (including notes), with the main scope of always keeping Company informed about the clear status of materials in that clear moment; Together with Procurement Teams, take part in Vendor Rating meetings with the key functional leaders, sharing opinions for OTD Suppliers perfomance and proposing consequences in case of poor perfomance; Review, in accordance with the Expediting & In-Logistic Manager, the Suppliers' penalties to be applied.

Qualifications Graduated in technical school or bachelor's degree.

Alternative a strong experience (>5years) in Supply Chain preferably in multinational companies.

Very strong knowledge of English language and SAP system, excellent interpersonal skills, punctuality and precision and ability to work to targets, good knowledge of computer tools and available for short/long trips abroad.
