Responsibilities: Handle customer queries (general enquiries, cancellations and amendments).

This will be via phone, email and chat channels Assist customers with questions regarding payment, changes, cancellation or any other concerns.

Requirements: EU Passport or Right to work in Greece To speak Italian; Good level of English (B2) Any customer-facing role Good soft skills Problem-solving skills Passionate about customers Upbeat and positive Working model onsite Benefits: Competitive Base Salary (from 16 800 euros/year to 26600 euros/year) Private Health & Life Insurance; Performance bonus; Signing bónus; 25 days annual leave; Working hours: 40h per week = 8 hours per day / 5 days a week.
