Experienced – Gen AI & Prompt Engineer - Generative AI Center of Excellence Hybrid-work – Milano/Roma - Consulting We are looking for an experienced individual to join our Generative AI Center of Excellence team at Deloitte Consulting in Milan and Rome, working in a hybrid mode.

The business of the Generative AI Center of Excellence focuses on supporting our clients in identifying solutions and models aimed at improving productivity, efficiency, and quality of services offered, leveraging new technologies.

We are seeking a dynamic and talented Prompt Engineer to be an integral part of our Generative AI Center of Excellence.

This role involves not only designing and developing prompts for generative AI applications but also playing a key role in analyzing business requests.

Your Role The Experienced resource will be part of a working team and will be responsible for:

Creating a library of high-quality generative AI solutions that help internal users find and visualize prompts.

Innovating in the creation and refinement of prompts for generative AI applications, ensuring alignment with project objectives and quality standards.

Collaborating with AI experts to refine AI models, utilizing feedback from messages and performance data.

Ensuring rigorous testing and validation processes for all developed prompts.

Conducting training sessions and internal outreach initiatives to promote understanding and widespread adoption of prompt engineering practices throughout the organization.

Winning Requirements Deep knowledge of generative AI technologies and their practical applications.

Experience with popular NLP frameworks and tools and Python programming language.

Experience with foundational models and familiarity with compliance, security, and ethical regulations related to AI.

Proven experience in prompt engineering and developing AI models (such as GPT-4, LaMa-2, T5, etc. ).

Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, linguistics, or related fields.

Excellent command of written and spoken English.
