Winning Requirements: Laurea magistrale in materie business o STEM Esperienza di 3-6 anni in società di consulenza in area Logistics & Distribution Conoscenza di processi e sistemi di warehousing, transportation e order management (con preferenza per esperienza diretta su progetti di implementazione di TMS / WMS) Conoscenza di modelli operativi in ambito logistico, network design e logiche di outsourcing Conoscenza dei concetti di Control Tower Disponibilità ad operare in trasferta anche internazionale Esperienza nella gestione di risorse junior e di stream progettuali in ambito Logistics & Distribution (preferibilmente con interazione diretta con il cliente) Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese Your Role: As a Consultant / Senior Consultant, you will have the opportunity to share your experience and knowledge with younger colleagues, starting to develop leadership skills, and identifying the best solution for the client, focusing on:

Supporting the team in interpreting client needs and defining the most suitable methodologies and approaches for optimal satisfaction.

Identifying, selecting, and potentially customizing the most useful tools for data collection and analysis and developing solutions to support the client's objectives.

Producing solid analyses supported by factual data independently, using tools and resources provided and coordinating junior staff if necessary.

Communicating ideas and proposals clearly, structured, briefly, and incisively, adapting the communication style according to the audience (e. g.

C-level executives, IT suppliers, client representatives, and project team members).
