To achieve our goal of becoming a centre of learning excellence that is industry leading and supports easyJet's purpose, we're looking for Experienced A320 Type Rating Instructors to join us as Direct Entry Captains, who will deliver flight simulator instruction and fly the line.

We're on a journey to continually improve how we support and serve our Pilots as a Training Department.

So far, we implemented an Alternative Training and Qualification Programme (ATQP); Competency Based Training & Assessment (CBTA) and most recently, Mixed Evidence Based Training (Mixed EBT).

As a Type Rating Instructor at our state-of-the-art Milan Training Centre, you'll be facilitating training for our biggest asset, our people: to help them learn and grow.

In addition to delivering training, you'll flying in the left-hand seat and will be responsible for providing a safe and enjoyable flying experience for our crew and customers.

You'll be making sound decisions, setting the highest standards and always ensuring that safety is your number one priority.

**Requirements of the Role

- Currently operating* as a Commercial Passenger Captain on A320 with a valid LPC on joining.

- Minimum 4, 000 total flying hours.

- 1, 000 total PIC hours on the A320 by easyJet Induction.

- Low visibility Cat lll qualified.

- Any EASA Licence and Medical (Must be willing to convert to Austrian EASA).

- Type Rating Instructor (TRI) certificate.

- Minimum of 1000 hours experience delivering pilot recurrent training under Mixed Evidence Based training or Evidence based training rules simulator training.

- Minimum ICAO Level 4 English.

- Right to work and live in the EU, with unrestricted access across the UK, EEA and easyJet network.
