Your field of responsibility

Join us as Chief Risk Officer for CS Italy where you will be responsible for ensuring a strong control environment to protect the bank's capital and reputation.

As part of our team, you will be responsible for providing 2nd Line of defense review, challenge and oversight of CS Italy's business.

As a member of the CS Italy's ExCo, you will also support the strategic planning, resource allocation and implementation of project plans, budgets and timelines of the bank.

Regular collaboration with the department heads will ensure that priorities are clear and the progress of each department is tracked.

This role demands leadership to develop strategies to bring organizational goals and changes in line with the bank's risk framework.

The role will give you the opportunity to represent the Bank at various committees, including presenting to the CS Italy board, and regularly network with business leaders and regulators.

**Your skills and experience

As Chief Risk Officer Italy, we are looking for:

- Solid experience in an executive level risk position in financial industry

- Strong experience in Wealth management products and risks

- Strong operational risk experience but also knowledge across risk stripes including experience of ICAAP and ILAAP

- Experience of interacting & building constructive relationships with regulators

- The ability to lead, drive and manage change, and manage a small team

- The ability to generate respect and manage competing demands

- Strong organizational, negotiation, time management and analytical skills
