Job Description:What impact will you make? We are looking for a consultant/senior consultant to join the Finance Transformation team at Deloitte Consulting in Milan, working in a hybrid model.

The Finance Transformation business at Deloitte Consulting supports our clients in identifying solutions and models aimed at improving productivity, efficiency, and quality of services offered, also leveraging new technologies.

You will be involved in supporting activities for the CEO and Top Management of the company:

Support clients in designing and implementing technological solutions aimed at increasing transparency, efficiency, and functionality, enabling them to conduct their business more effectively. Manage projects for engineering performance management processes and implement solutions and applications supporting Administration, Finance, and Control functions. Your Role:The Experienced resource will be integrated into a work team and will focus on:

Collecting and analyzing data to support the development of solutions for clients. Collaborating proactively and collaboratively with the project team. Clearly communicating structured ideas and proposals. Being consistently results-oriented, with a focus on individual responsibility and quality of work. Possessing a strong team working orientation, collaboration, and support for colleagues while maintaining a positive approach to situations. Winning Requirements:Excellent academic background in: Computer Science, Management Engineering, or Economics. Strong interest in Performance Management & Finance Analytics, including data modeling, data preparation, and data management. Knowledge of business processes such as budgeting and planning. Knowledge of relational databases and query languages (SQL). Basic knowledge of data integration solutions (Oracle ODI, Microsoft SSIS). Participation as a team member in projects related to designing and implementing budgeting, planning, and financial reporting solutions. Willingness to travel in Italy and abroad. Fluent knowledge of the English language, spoken and written. Nice to have:Basic knowledge of software solutions in CPM (Oracle, SAP, Tagetik). Basic knowledge of business intelligence and data visualization solutions. Excellent communication skills, precision, organizational autonomy, and a strong focus on achieving results.
