Our projects span across diverse regions, making us a leader in high-end design.

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and creative Interior Designer for a six-month project-based commission to conduct an in-depth analysis and comparison of the interior design market in Europe, EECA (Eastern Europe & Central Asia), and GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) countries.

Your expertise and insights will play a vital role in shaping our strategies for current and future projects.

Scope of Work: Market Research & Analysis: Analyze market needs, consumer habits, utility patterns, and expectations.

Compare design preferences and diversability across the regions.

Design Trends Study: Identify emerging trends in forms, materials, colors, and movements.

Evaluate performance standards, sustainability considerations, and innovations.

Insights & Recommendations: Provide detailed recommendations tailored to Prive Homes' ethos and target audience.

Highlight opportunities for differentiation and alignment with regional expectations.

On-Site Research (if necessary): Travel to key regions for local market analysis and design inspiration.

Requirements: Proven experience in high-end interior design and market analysis.

Familiarity with the design landscape in Europe, EECA, and GCC countries.

English speaking (additional languages are a plus).

Flexibility to travel for on-site research if required.

Strong analytical and reporting skills to provide actionable insights.

Project Details: Start Date: Immediate Duration: 6 months Engagement Type: Part-time or full-time, negotiable based on qualifications and availability.

Future Opportunity: Based on the success of this project, there is potential to transition into a fixed position as an Interior Designer in our Dubai studio.
