ResponsibilitiesSupport consulting activities in digital transformation within the Assurance Advisory team. Engage in digital transformation of key business processes focusing on Administration, Finance, and Control for Corporate and Public clients using IT technologies (e. g. , Cloud services, RPA). Proactively interpret client needs, identifying coherent methodologies and approaches. Develop initiatives and solutions independently, collecting and structuring data to support business decisions. Enhance the contribution of junior resources and contribute to their growth. Identify potential risks and issues and share them promptly with the team. Collaborate effectively in heterogeneous and international teams. Winning Requirements2-4 years of experience in consulting (experience in comparable companies is preferred). Functional knowledge in IT/architecture. Knowledge of the ServiceNow platform (ability to create and configure Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts, ACLs, Notifications, UI pages, UI Macros, Script Includes, Formatters, Reports, and Dashboards). Proficiency in Office Suite tools (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
). Knowledge of programming languages: JavaScript, XML, HTML, CSS. Familiarity with key processes in Administration, Finance, and Control. Understanding of major Project Management methodologies (experience in PM on Finance Digital Transformation projects is preferred). Excellent command of the English language. Goal-oriented with high-quality deliverables. Problem-solving attitude and strong analytical skills. Strong initiative and team-oriented mindset, even in remote settings. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Dynamic and ambitious for professional development. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally. Nice to HavePreferred certifications in: ServiceNow (Implementation Specialist, System Administrator, etc. )
and Project Management (Professional Scrum Master, Agile, etc.
