Experienced Solution Sales Professional - Pharma &
THE ROLE
- We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Sales Professional to join our dynamic solutions sales team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background as a Business Development Representative (BDR) and Account Executive, particularly in the Pharma & Life Sciences industry.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through strategic outbound prospecting.
- Manage and nurture relationships with potential prospects/ leads to understand their business needs and objectives.
- Develop with our team tailored solutions and proposals to meet prospect requirements
- Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed sales
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
- Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams to help shape our offerings and go-to-market strategy
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Proven experience (5-10 years) as a BDR and Sales Account Executive, preferably in the Pharma & Life Sciences industry.
- Strong understanding of digital solutions and their impact on business growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- A driven, self-motivated attitude with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to embrace challenges and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven English language proficiency required
