**WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH**:

The Advanced Digital & Product Team (ADAPT) is pioneering Bain's firm-wide efforts to meet unprecedented client demand for digital innovation, new business building, product & service solutions to drive new growth.

ADAPT brings together a diverse mix of Innovation Consultants, Designers and Tech specialists to ensure that we are supporting our clients throughout their digital transformation and innovation journey.

**Common stages of work include**:

- Discovery: Help clients understand the business, user and technology landscape.

Identify priorities and assess risks to generate a transformative path forward.

- Ideation: Use design principles to guide ideation, continue to refine priorities and focus on highest potential opportunities.

- Design and Validate: Create concept prototypes based on deep user ethnography to bring an idea to life, and test customer desirability, commercial viability and tech feasibility.

- Create and Launch: Build the product, the business and the venture team and launch full-scale new businesses, business models and digital products or services.

- Scale: Hack the business and drive commercial growth of the corporate startup, product or service.

We work with our clients to fully understand the impact of digital on their business and set priorities that will transform their vision into value creation and help them create new innovative businesses.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

**The Expert Associate Partner will**:

- Work closely with ADAPT and Bain generalist Partner team in support of selling innovative growth ventures to clients

- Lead projects and support client engagements alongside a team of Innovation consultants, designers and tech entrepreneurs to ensure successful delivery of ADAPT work

- Be part of the leadership team in ADAPT EMEA and Bain Nordics, contributing to our team and operational success

- Play an active role in managing a local team of Innovation consultants, designers and engineers and building a cool innovative culture enabled to drive success

This is an important leadership role that will help deliver plus further evolve Bain's suite of innovation and digital capabilities, contributing to ADAPT's continued growth in EMEA and, specifically, the Nordics.

You will work closely with senior Bain stakeholders as well as regional practice teams.

You will help to shape the future of Bain's innovation and digital business building capabilities across the region.

These will be your primary responsibilities:

Support commercial outcomes and help grow ADAPT

- Work with partner team and ADAPT Leadership Team to achieve commercial goals, including taking active roles in client development and delivery work

- Tee up, scope, and deliver ADAPT work; including right team configuration and pricing realization

- Develop internal and external promoters through distinctive results, creating demand for ADAPT

- Act as thought partner to Bain leadership in discussing commercial opportunities, ensuring full understanding of ADAPT's value proposition

- Capture learnings from client engagements to codify ADAPT's "playbook"; define & reiterate on a commercially relevant/thought leading product offering & approach

Drive and support case delivery and ensure successful ADAPT contribution

- On ADAPT casework, steer and advise Innovation consultants and team on processes of "discovery" through to "design", "build" and scale new businesses in order to ensure successful delivery of ADAPT contribution to client

- Have commercial, innovation, design, tech and product expertise to partner with managers and team on client solutions and provide thought leadership on ADAPT approach to work

- Help align key senior stakeholders (including client team, Bain case team, ADAPT team, and outside vendors) on the best approach in a given situation; manage flexibility required to meet changing client and case team demands; assess impact of those changes on ADA
