Estimating Methods Analyst – Grouting Special FoundationsWe are looking for anexperienced Estimating and Methods Analystto join ourEstimating Methods Teamat ourMilanheadquarters. The figure will be responsible for supporting theBidding Departmentin the analysis, economic estimating and development of execution methodologies for specialized works.

In particular, he/she will have a focus onspecial foundations and soil consolidationand improvement techniques. Main Responsibilities:Study tender documents (drawings, geological reports, technical reports) to prepare technical-economic proposals;Develop execution methodologies for deep foundations and soil consolidation works, with particular attention to current regulations;Perform cost estimates and techno-economic feasibility assessments on projects of different nature;Continuous collaboration with company departments in charge of technical support;Participate in meetings with suppliers and subcontractors, contributing to the definition of technical specifications;Support, when necessary, site inspection activities, analyzing critical issues and possible improvement solutions. Requirements:Master's degree inCivil Engineering, preferably with a specialization inGeotechnics;2-3 yearsof experience;Understanding ofgeotechnical investigation techniquesand deep foundation methods;Knowledge of technical regulations and construction site safety standards;Proficiency inMS Office(especially Excel);Fluent in English(written and spoken); additional languages are a plus;Willingness to travel abroad.
