The candidate application data is kept on the career site servers and sent en-mass back to the Workday tenant when the user clicks submit on the last step.

Once the user hits submit, we make POST requests with that data to multiple REST end-points sending the job application back to the Workday tenant.

The system will clear out / time out after 60 minutes of inactivity (for records that were not submitted back to Workday).

Valmet is looking for an Expert On-line to join our team in Lucca office to receive customer's request promptly inherent in machinery issues, verify and resolve properly problems by remote.

The role will be able to work independently to complete given tasks.

Key responsibilities: Collect customer requests inherent the issues to be resolved.

Provide remote assistance and customer support for resolving issues.

Supervise, update software and correct working parameters.

Update online machinery software.

Foster the development and continuous proposal of services, as well as the transformation of customer requests into performance improvement opportunities.

Consolidate a proactive service on the installed base machinery.

To succeed in this role you should have or be: Degree in Automation Engineering or Informatics.

5-7 years of experience as a programmer or software designer.

Fluent spoken and written English and Italian; Spanish is considered a big plus.

Knowledge of Siemens Step 7, Tia Portal, Motion, Sinamics, HMI WinCC, and Data network transmission: Profibus, Profinet.

Open to travel up to 25%.

Available for shift work and on-call duties.
