In a dynamic environment, strongly Agile oriented, the Expert Release Governance is responsible for Release scheduling, planning, and controlling the E2E Release Process, according to the stakeholder requirements, in full compliance with the defined and shared processes.

He/She interacts with the main areas of the bank, CIO, Tribes, Tech-Platform Services department, Security, Suppliers, in order to guarantee the Release Plan and Company Targets.

He/She aligns Release Model and processes in accordance with Company priorities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the Release Process, Governance, and Tracking

- Support Expert team Lead in:

- Release Plan definition

- Identify the risks that can delay the release and manage them

- CAB (Change Advisory Board) management and Release Go/ No Go Management

- Release dashboard & reporting

- Release Retrospective

- Plan and give updates on the release activities

- Communicate the Release tasks plan, timelines, requirements, etc.

between different teams.

- Lead the Go-Live activities to deploy the software successfully

- Make sure the allocation of all the technical roles to every major release

- Defines, draft and maintain technical document (manuals, procedure, process )

- Risk culture and guarantee adherence to security standards

- Manages the resolution of even complex problems by his own

- Make improvements in the Release Process

**Requirement

- 3+ years' experience in the same role

- Organizational Skills

- Experience with agile organization software development methodology and practices

- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
