**We are looking for a Microwave Integrated Circuits and Front-ends expert.

**:

**Education**:

- **Master Degree in Electronics Engineering

- **A PhD in Electronics Engineering would be preferred

**Experience and technical skills**:

- **More than 10 year experience in the design of MMIC (Monolithic Microwave Integrated Circuits) and RF/Microwave front-end circuits**:

- **Experience in MMIC design using GaN and GaAs technology**:

- **Experience in MMIC design using GaAs E/D technology is a plus**:

- **Experience in MMIC design using Si/SiGe technology is a plus**:

- **Experience in MMIC design using processes from various renown foundries (such as UMS, OMMIC, Leonardo, WIN, QORVO, IHP, STM)**:

- **Highly proficient in the design, simulation and analysis of RF and microwave circuits**:

- **Highly proficient at performing part stress analyses, worst case analyses yield/sensitivity analyses**:

- **Highly proficient at testing RF and Microwave components and circuits**:

- **Highly proficient in electromagnetic design and simulation**:

- **Knowledge in the field of photonics is a plus**:

**Software skills**:

- **Proficient with Microsoft Office

- Highly proficient with the following RF and Microwave simulation tools: ADS, Microwave Office, CST Microwave studio.

Languages

Italian: native or fluent

English: at least intermediate level
