Our Milan-based lifestyle brand is seeking an Export & Logistics Specialist to become a fundamental member of our global export and logistics team.

Ideal candidates will bring operational expertise, genuine positive energy, and strong organizational skills to the team.

This individual will report to the Logistics Manager and will be their support system and key partner, bringing operational acumen and strong attention to detail.

Experience working within a fast-paced growth-oriented company on the international stage and an understanding of luxury lifestyle brands are musts.

What you'll do: B2B shipments and accompanying paperwork (invoice, delivery note, customs bill, return, credit note, importation)Client database maintenance regarding shipping requirements and contactsAllocations and sending picking list to the warehouse according to B2B client instructionsMonitoring orders' pick up and tracking shipmentsCredit recovery and balance paymentUpdating stock and sending ATS to clientsClients Swaps from order to invoiceDaily Customer service activitiesSending and returning goods from and to our Office/Pop up/ Events/ShootingOrganizing all merchandise movements making the correspondent paperwork (proforma, delivery notes, Air waybill)Sending manual picking lists to the warehouse to meet our offices needsPlacing packaging orders and all the material necessary to arrange shipmentsWhat we're looking for: 2+ years of experience in export and logisticsMust be able to multitask and remain calm under pressureBe willing to adapt and collaborateHave a positive attitude to workDetail oriented and highly organizedSeniority levelMid-Senior level
