Opportunity**:

On behalf of our Italian Customer, leading company specialising in the manufacturing of pumps and rotating equipment for the industrial processes markets (Oil&Gas, Petrochemical, Water Treatment), we are looking for an Export Area Manager.

**Responsibilities**:

- achieve the sales and profitability targets agreed with the VP Sales within the nominated Customers panel and the Areas assigned;

- overall market understandig: customer mapping, competitive environment, pricing/delivery times requested by local customers;

- active promotion and marketing of Brand/quality/portfolio and innovative products;

- develop potential Customers in the assigned areas (Europe and Caspian Countries through local partners);

- ensure brand registration and pre-qualification in the vendors lists;

- stimulate inquires/tenders for the available products;

- follow the preparation of the proposals or tenders and partecipate in the bidding procedures;

- attend the negotiations up to the final contract award;

- manage existing local agents and distributors in the territories, propose sales targets and measure the performances/partecipate in the selection of new agents or distributors.

- ensure full payment is received in accordance with the contractual Terms&Conditions;

- prepare and discuss sales and visit reports.

**Skills**:

- Background in mechanical engineering disciplines (preferably rotating equipment);

- good technical knowledge of the Oil&Gas and EPC Contractors business and excellent understanding of the Customers' purchasing procedures;

- good product management attitude, including understanding of possible short term developments and market requirements;

- customer orientation, management by objectives and indipendent decision-making;

- problem solving and team working attitude;

- Fluent English is mandatory;

**Salary**:45. 000-55. 000 Euro + MBO

**Office**: East side of Milan - no smartworking

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno
