Export Area Sales Manager
The candidate shall be proficient in translating the company strategy into actionable tactics in order to amplify the brand relevance in the designed sales channels.
The candidate shall be capable of engaging internal and external sales teams through a sharing and positively inspiring attitude.
Those soft skills will be highly valued in the candidate selection process.
The candidate will be required to have the ability to create and/or foster business relationships with the business stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities: Manage and lead business opportunities in the designed area (to be defined).
Build contacts with potential clients for new business opportunities.
Ensure all commercial activities meet targets on sales.
Responsible for planning and implementing market penetration strategies and sales targets and for building strong relationships with clients.
Communicate and collaborate with the advertising, design, marketing, sales, and logistics departments to ensure that key clients' needs are met.
Compile reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for account teams and stakeholders.
Develop a thorough understanding of key clients' needs and requirements and prepare customized solutions.
Negotiate contracts with key clients and meet established deadlines for the fulfillment of each client's long-term goals.
The candidate will report to the Chief Commercial Officer.
Language: French and German desirable
