San Marco Group, are looking for an

**Export back office Specialist** that reporting to the head of Customer care service, and will be responsible of these activities including:

- You will be in charge of the following activities:

- Back-office customer service management

- Enter and manage orders/documents for exports

- Request for transport quotation (indirect contact with forwarders)

- Customs clearance management

- Manage Chamber of Commerce's practice

- Packing list

**Requirements**:

- University Degree (Economics/Foreign Languages)

- Preferably previous experience in export commercial back office or administrative office

- Knowledge of English and French compulsory - Russian or Spanish as a plus

- Good communication and customer management skill

- Proactivity, determination and teamwork complete the profile of the person sought.
