Export CSR & Booking dept. Location: Genoa We are seeking an Export CSR & Booking Representative (M/F) to join our team in Genoa, Italy. Job Description: Objectives (Main Tasks): - Manage the full lifecycle of bookings, including creation, confirmation, revision (retrieving customer codes/RR), and cancellations through the system. - Monitor equipment availability (DRY & SP) and manage the release process in line with customer requests and vessel composition. Tasks: - Handle all incoming and outgoing email correspondence and phone calls with accounts (A/Cs) related to operational matters. - Oversee HIT weight and space allocation, verify service routing correctness, and ensure special cargo is accepted according to protocol. - Manage all file processing for COV (Change of Voyage), COD (Change of Destination), fixed number, and reefer plug-related files. - Handle detention and demurrage (D&D) management, ensuring compliance with timelines and customer satisfaction. Qualifications: Advanced proficiency in English Minimum of 5 years experience in a shipping agency in Export CSR & Booking.
