This position reports to EL Customer Operations Manager

Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with the Sales teams to develop, implement, and manage the local key accounts strategy focusing on service level and overall customer satisfaction.

The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid.

You will be mainly accountable for:

Communicating with customers and internal functions to guarantee customer satisfaction by providing all relevant information.

Managing Order Entry activities.

Ensuring the resolution of customer issues (e. g. , order, technical, payment) by coordinating with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain Management, and other internal and/or external teams.

Providing appropriate solutions for customer requests and coordinating with related teams to ensure the complete handling of the requests (e. g. , order changes, order completion, expediting, tracking and communication, blocks, and suspensions, etc. ).

Qualifications for the role You are highly skilled in SAP or Salesforce CRM.

Possess an enhanced knowledge of MS Office Suite (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access).

Degree in Business administration, Economy or administrative similar education.

You are at ease communicating in English and French; Arabic is a plus.
