Export Key Account Manager
EXPORT KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER, reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer International, you will be responsible for the design and execution of strategic growth plans and the management of business relationships with key customers in Europe.
WHAT YOU WILL DO: Market Expansion: strategically guide the transition from regional to national distribution, leveraging market data and insights to identify opportunities for growth. Account Management: establish and nurture relationships with key retail buyers, distributor representatives, and brokers to foster collaboration and long-term partnerships. Performance Monitoring: analyze sales metrics and market trends, adjusting strategies as needed to meet or exceed revenue targets. Cross-Functional Collaboration: partner with marketing, R&D, and operations to align sales initiatives with company objectives and ensure successful product launches. Strategic Sales Development: develop and implement sales strategies to grow the retail bakery business, ensuring alignment with national expansion goals. Distributor Management: build and maintain strong partnerships to extend market coverage in target regions. Participate in trade fairs (Fancy Food, Anuga, Sial, etc. ).
